I have had this Foam Thai Mat for years. It travels great, and love the carry strap! I have taken Thai classes and worked on many mats. Now in classes I do not work on any other mats! This Foam Thai Mat creates a soft but workable firmness, extremely comfortable for Client and Practitioner. I also use it for up to 3 people getting Sound Journey.
